The recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment specifically recognizes the human Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (IL3RA). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. The binding affinity of this antibody against IL3RA was measured and it has high affinity against huamn IL3RA.
