Recombinant Rabbit anti-IRX3 monoclonal antibody for FC, WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Sensitive Western Blot Detection
This Hi-Affi™ recombinant rabbit antibody was excellent for Western Blot detection of IRX3. We were able to detect the protein even in samples with lower expression levels. The proprietary immunogen design clearly works well to generate a high-affinity antibody.
Good Flow Cytometry Results
We applied this monoclonal antibody to flow cytometry to study neural development markers. It provided a clear shift in signal for IRX3-positive cells. The fact that it is recombinant eliminates the worry of hybridoma drift, ensuring long-term reproducibility.
