Anti-ITGA1 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (SAN-300) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. SAN-300 is an investigational humanized anti-VLA-1 monoclonal antibody and an inhibitor of VLA-1, also known as α1β1 integrin. SAN-300 has potential application in multiple inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, asthma and organ transplantation.

ADCC Enhanced Performance
We were specifically interested in the ADCC enhancement of this antibody. Produced using the Afuco platform, this anti-ITGA1 antibody (SAN-300) showed the expected properties in our research on VLA-1 inhibition.
Inhibits VLA-1 Effectively
This humanized monoclonal antibody is a potent inhibitor of VLA-1 (alpha1beta1 integrin). We used it in our inflammatory disease models in vitro, and it delivered consistent inhibition results. The purity by SDS-PAGE was solid.

A: This antibody is produced by our Afuco™ platform using a Fucosyltransferase-engineered cell line. This results in an ADCC enhanced antibody (SAN-300) which lacks fucose, thereby increasing its affinity for Fc receptors and enhancing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
