Recombinant Mouse Antibody (OPG2) is capable of binding to Integrin β3.
Figure 1 Loss of mAb OPG2 binding following substitution of β3 Asp217 or Glu220.
The binding of the activation-independent ligand mimetic mAb OPG2 to Chinese hamster ovary cells transiently transfected with wild type aIIb and the indicated β3 mutant was examined by flow cytometry. In each panel, the binding of OPG2 to the indicated mutant (open histogram) is superimposed on the binding of OPG2 to cells transfected with wild type aIIbβ3. Results are expressed as histograms of cell number versus log fluorescence intensity.
