Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human Ig VH1-69. This is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to the human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region gerrnline gene VHI-69. The antibody is derived from Mab G6 and recognizes the same epitope. Moreover, the antibody is used in combination with vaccines to augment an immune response to microbial infection.

TAB-383CL Antibody ELISA Experiment Results Feedback.
The ELISA results we obtained using your company's Anti-Human Ig VH1-69 Therapeutic Antibody (TAB-383CL) are fantastic!
In our experiment, the EC₅₀ value reached an astonishing 45.0 ng/mL (with antibody against HRP conjugated D80 antibody), which demonstrates the antibody's exceptional affinity! To achieve such a high binding signal at such a low concentration strongly suggests excellent specificity.
These results completely exceeded our expectations and provide very strong support for our subsequent experiments. Your company's product quality is truly trustworthy! Thank you very much for providing such an excellent antibody!
