This antibody has been tested for use in Immunohistochemistry. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubation time, etc. should be carefully titrated in specific assays. 6.64 Fab blocking the binding of KDR d1-7-AP is far stronger than Fc-tagged KDR d1-3 or d1-7 [PMID: 21827946].
