Robust Western Blot Signal
We used the clone 22D2 for Western Blotting to detect KEAP1. It gave a clean, single band at the expected molecular weight. This Mouse Anti-KEAP1 Recombinant Antibody targets the specific region AA 40-62, which seems to be a great epitope for detection. Very satisfied with the performance.
Efficient Immunoprecipitation
This antibody was effective in Immunoprecipitation (IP) assays to pull down KEAP1 complexes. The high purity (>95%) and the IgG2a isotype made it easy to work with. It has helped us significantly in our studies of the Nrf2 pathway regulation.
