Recombinant Rabbit anti-KIT monoclonal antibody for WB, IF, ICC, FCM, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Brilliant Immunofluorescence
The staining with this rabbit monoclonal antibody in immunofluorescence was exceptional. We visualized KIT receptor on the cell surface clearly. The low background really highlights the specificity of this Hi-Affi antibody.
Optimal For Flow Cytometry
We used this for flow cytometry at the recommended concentration and got great separation. It binds specifically to the peptide sequence of human c-Kit. It is definitely superior to some traditional antibodies we have tried.
