Specific LGR5 Detection

We utilized this recombinant human antibody to detect LGR5 expression in our intestinal stem cell cultures using Western Blot. The antibody recognized the target protein specifically, and we observed bands that corresponded to the expected molecular weight. This reagent has been instrumental in our research into the Wnt signaling pathway and stem cell maintenance.

Validated For Multiple Applications

We found this antibody to be extremely versatile, using it successfully in both ELISA and Flow Cytometry. In both applications, it showed high specificity for the leucine-rich repeat-containing receptor.
