Afuco™ Anti-Human LILRA4 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-471CL)
Anti-LILRA4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Anti-ILT7 antibody binds to plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), a subset of dendritic cells (DCs). pDCs is known as a major source of IFNα; overproduction of IFNα is considered to be one of the major causes of autoimmune diseases. Anti-ILT7 antibody specifically recognizes and kills pDCs to suppress the IFNα supply, which leads to the improvement of autoimmune disease symptoms.
