Mouse Anti-LRP6 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (PFBC-205) (CAT#: PFBC-205)
Recombinant mouse antibody is capable of binding to LRP6. This antibody enhanced Wnt dependent TCF reporter activation and antagonized DKK1 dependent inhibition of Wnt3A signaling, suggesting a role in modulation of LRP6 function. It completely protected LRP6 from DKK1 dependent internalization. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
