Human Anti-LRRC32 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-046CQ) (CAT#: TAB-046CQ)
This recombinant human antibody recognizes Leucin Rich Repeat Containing 32 (LRRC32). LRRC32 is also called Glycoprotein A repetitions predominant (GARP). The antibody inhibits the production of active TGF-β by human Tregs. The binding affinity of the antibody was determined by SPR analysis (KD = 0.131 nM).
