Anti-MICA ADCC Enhanced Antibody (IPH43) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. IPH43 is a program to develop a first-in-class anti-MICA therapeutic antibody in oncology. MICA is a highly polymorphic ligand of the NK cell activating receptor NKG2D. MICA is specifically expressed on several highly prevalent solid tumors including breast, colorectal and lung.
