Athymic mice were implanted sc with Lu-78 cells and then dosed when tumors were approximately 50 mg in size. The doses indicated were given on days 14, 18, and 22, as indicated by the arrows, and are given in calicheamicin equivalents. The corresponding concentration of antibody is 40-fold greater. There were no deaths in any group, except for one with NAc-gamma calicheamicin. Error bars are SEMs and were omitted for NAc-gamma calicheamicin (dosed at the MTD) for clarity.
