Versatile For Multiple Applications
It is rare to find an antibody that works well across Western Blot, IP, and Immunofluorescence, but clone 40B2 handles them all. We were able to detect human NEU1 effectively, and the staining patterns in our IHC experiments were very clear and specific.
Effective Sialidase Detection
Our research focuses on lysosomal enzymes, specifically Sialidase 1. This mouse anti-NEU1 recombinant antibody provided strong signals in our ELISA and Western Blotting protocols. The fact that it targets amino acids 116-415 ensures robust recognition of the protein structure.
