The anti-Notch1 antibody 2A11 can be used to treat cell proliferative diseases and disorders, including certain forms of cancer, associated with activation of Notch1.

Reporter activity in the absence of any activating ligand (Fc + mlgG) was defined as 100% inhibition, and activity in the presence of ligand and treated with mouse IgG (Ligand alone + mlgG) was defined as 0% inhibition.
