Anti-Human NOTCH1 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (mAb N248A) (CAT#: TAB-543MZ-F(E))
This antibody inhibits Notch-1 signaling, which has a binding affinity KD of less than 0.33 nM to Notch1. It also inhibits both T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and breast cancer cell growth in cell culture.
