Human Anti-NTRK1 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (HPAB-0396-CN-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-0396-CN-F(E))
An engineered antibody derived from BXhVH5VL1. A simple change of valine to alanine (mouse back-mutation) in the heavy chain variable domain at position 37 led to a potency increase in TF-1 cell proliferation assays for the variant clone, with a ten-fold increase in comparison to the BXhVH5VL1 humanized antibody.
