Human Anti-NTRK1 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (HPAB-0397-CN-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0397-CN-S(P))
The antibody is a humanized anti-TrkA antibody with enhanced inhibitory properties comprising a heavy chain variable region, a light chain variable region, a human light chain constant region and a variant human IgG4 heavy chain constant region (IGHG4 isotype with S228P substitution) which exhibit altered exchange properties.
