Human Anti-Human NTRK1 Recombinant Antibody (CRB0089)

This antibody recognises and binds to an epitope comprised in the TrkA amino acid sequence and inhibits NGF-mediated proliferative response in a dose dependent manner with an IC50 of approximately 43 nM. It is potentially useful in the treatment of diseases, including osteoarthritis pain and chronic pain.
