Anti-Human NTRK1 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (CRB0089) (CAT#: TAB-511MZ-S(P))
This anti-TrkA antibody is able to recognise and binds NGF-binding site of the high affinity tyrosine kinase receptor of NGF (TrkA), thus acting as NGF antagonists and preventing the functional activation of TrkA by NGF. It also is useful in the treatment of conditions associated with the expression and activity of TrkA, including pain states.
