Figure 1 Sensorgrams showing the binding of NC10 scFv-15 monomer, scFv-10 dimer, scFv-5 dimer and scFv-0 trimer each at a concentration of 10 µg/ml to immobilized anti-idiotype 3-2G12 Fab9 (1000 RU).
An injection volume of 30 µl and a flow rate of 5 µl/min were used. The surface was regenerated with 10 µl of 10 mM sodium acetate, pH 3.0, after each binding experiment.
