Recombinant Rabbit anti-PBK monoclonal antibody for IP, WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Detects PBK Kinase
We used clone DS2606AB to investigate the expression of the PBK kinase in proliferating cells. The Western Blot bands were clean, and we also successfully used it for Immunoprecipitation to isolate the protein complex. A high-quality rabbit monoclonal.
