Figure 1 is a line graph showing percent inhibition at the highest dose tested for each antibody.
Purified antibodies, previously identified to bind and block PLA2 enzyme activity, were further characterized using a functional PLA2 assay. Four antibodies (mAbs 1.18, 2.4, 2.25, and 2.9) were found to inhibit PLA2 function at IC50 < 2nM. All of the antibodies block enzymes expressed in mammalian and bacterial cells.
