Excellent B220 Detection

We used this rat anti-mouse antibody for flow cytometry to identify B cells in murine spleen samples. It bound CD45R/B220 specifically and gave distinct populations. It is also capable of neutralizing the bioactivity, which was a bonus for our functional assays.

Reliable Immunoprecipitation Tool

This antibody (clone MAB0822) worked very well for immunoprecipitating the leukocyte common antigen from mouse lysates. We obtained clean bands in subsequent western blots. It is a robust reagent for studying PTPRC signaling in leukocytes.
