Human Anti-RGMA Recombinant Antibody (NS-070CN) (CAT#: NS-070CN)
The recombinant human antibody binds to Repulsive Guidance Molecule a (RGMa). The antibody cross reacts with human, cynomolgus and rat RGMa protein. The KD value for hRGMa, cyno RGMa and rat RGMa is 7.3 nM, 8.8 nM and 19 nM, respectively. The epitope for this antibody is located in the N-terminal region of RGMa.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
