Specific Human RIPK1 Detection
We used the 26B12 clone for western blotting of human cell lysates to study necroptosis pathways. The antibody recognized RIPK1 cleanly without non-specific bands. It is a high-quality reagent for dissecting cell death signaling.
Great for Immunofluorescence
Our lab applied this antibody in immunofluorescence assays to localize RIPK1 in treated cells. The signal was strong and specific, helping us visualize the recruitment of the kinase during inflammation signaling. Highly recommended for imaging studies.
