This product is a recombinant human anti-Rubella virus monoclonal antibody DDF-RuV1 generated using a phage display library. DDF-RuV1 specifically binds to coat protein associated with RuV and can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis of Rubella virus infection.

The binding activity was measured in ELISA using the indicated antigens for plate coating.

The dose-response analysis was based on the number of RuV-infected cells as measured by immunofluorescence.
