Humanized Anti-SEMA4D Recombinant Antibody (TAB-430CT)

This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes SEMA4D. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The mAb induces internalization of CD100 and maintains CD100 in association with kinases. It is co-mitogenic with PMA (phorbol ester). The antibody is useful as blocking antibody.
