    This product is a recombinant humanized antibody scFv fragment that recognizes SEMA4D. The antibody was able to block the interaction of soluble CD100 with its receptor in activated T cells, and prevented the apoptosis of oligodendrocytes in HTLV-1 associated disease. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
