Anti-Human SERPINE1 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (CT140) (CAT#: TAB-0927CL-F(E))
CT140 is a humanized version of murine monoclonal antibody 33B8. This humanized anti-PAI-1 antibody Fab fragment (CT140) can bind and neutralize PAI-1 by converting PAI-1 to its latent form or increasing proteolytic cleavage. It is shown to protect mice from liver fibrosis, indicating that it decreases the population of myofibroblasts, the most prominent population of matrix producing cells.
