Recombinant Rabbit anti-SLC22A1 monoclonal antibody for WB, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity OCT1 Antibody
The Hi-Affi™ Recombinant Rabbit Anti-SLC22A1 antibody (DS3291AB) has excellent affinity. We used it for Western Blotting of hepatic cell lysates. It gave a strong, specific signal for the organic cation transporter 1. The Protein A purification really helps with the clarity of the blot.
Great for Flow Cytometry
We validated this antibody for Flow Cytometry to assess surface expression of SLC22A1. The separation was clear. Developed from a phage display library, it offers high specificity. We store it at -20°C and haven't seen any loss of activity.
