Anti-Human SPP1 Recombinant Antibody (2K1) (CAT#: TAB-0843CL)
This anti-osteopontin antibody inhibits the binding of an integrin recognizing RGD sequence to osteopontin or its fragment. It is useful in remedies for autoimmune diseases, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis. This antibody also can exert an inhibition of RGD-dependent and RGD-independent cell adhesion between nOPN and α9-transformed SW480 cell.
