Polystyrene plates were coated with ssDNA and co-incubated with horseradish peroxidase-BV04-01 and the following inhibitors, mAb BV04-01 (triangles), BV04-01 Fab fragments (circles), and SCA 04-01 (squares).

BiSCA binding to ssDNA was detected with 1A4 (non-ligand-inhibitable anti-4-4-20 antibody) (circles) or 1B7 (ligand-inhibitable anti-4-4-20 antibody) (1 μg/ml) (open triangles). BiSCA was compared to mAb 04-01 (crosses; solid line) and mAb 4-4-20 (closed triangles) (1 μg/ml starting concentration) detected with protein A-HRP.
