Recombinant Rat Antibody (mAb6) scFv Fragment is specific to T. californica CHRNA1, expressed in E. coli. This suggests that the mAb6-peptide recogni- tion involves the hydrophobic W67, Y72, and 17' side chains, whereas the hydrophobic N69 and D7' side chains remain essentially flexible and in contact with the surrounding water molecules.
