Human Anti-TNFRSF17 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-1219CL) (CAT#: TAB-1219CL)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes BCMA (CD269, TNFRSF17). The chimeric antibody binds to the extracellular domain of human BCMA and disrupt the interaction between BCMA and native ligands BAFF and APRIL. The antibody was initially ascertained by ELISA and flow cytometry on the human multiple myeloma cell line MM.1 S. The affinity to BCMA was 54 pM as determined using surface plasmon resonance (SPR).

ELISA analysis of TAB-1219CL was performed by coating with Recombinant Human TNFRSF17 Protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Anti-Human TNFRSF17 Antibody (TAB-1219CL). The HRP-conjugated goat Anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
