Effective In Functional Studies

We obtained this recombinant antibody to investigate B cell maturation pathways. The antibody, which targets TNFRSF17 (BCMA), performed exceptionally well in our functional studies. Its chimeric nature (mouse/human IgG) seemed to provide the necessary stability and binding properties we required to observe significant biological effects in our cell-based assays.

High Specificity For BCMA

Our lab focuses on TNF-receptor superfamily members, and this antibody provided the high specificity we needed for detecting BCMA. Being a recombinant product expressed in mammalian cells, lot-to-lot consistency was reliable. We were able to maintain consistent experimental conditions across different phases of our research project without worrying about reagent variability.
