Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb 17. 2) Fab Fragment is specific to TcP2β, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment recognizes the last 13 amino acids of TcP2β (called the R13 epitope: EEEDDDMGFGLFD) and are able to cross-react with, and stimulate, the β1 adrenergic receptor (β1-AR).
