Specific and non-activating blocking
The Hamster Anti-Tcrb Fab fragment (clone H57) worked brilliantly for our in vivo blocking studies. Its lack of T-cell activation was a significant advantage. Highly recommended for those needing specific and non-activating blocking reagents.
Clean and specific pull-downs observed in IP
Superior specificity and binding affinity. We utilized it in immunoprecipitation experiments and found clean, specific pull-downs. Conjugation to biotin was simple, and the findings were consistent.
Beneficial to studying TCR-beta interactions
A robust reagent for studying TCR-beta interactions. The storage stability is excellent, although I found that the Western blotting required additional optimization
