Recombinant Hamster Antibody (H57) is capable of binding to Mouse TCR (β chain), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The binding of the H57 to the TCR surface is largely restricted to an epitope residing within the FG loop of the Cβ domain.
