Human Anti-Tetanus Toxoid Recombinant Antibody (clone B7-15A2) (CAT#: PABZ-121)
Recombinant Human Antibody (B7-15A2) is capable of binding to Tetanus toxoid, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Tetanus toxoid mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Tetanus toxoid mAb and CL of human lambda light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. B7-15A2 binds to the toxoid with high affinity (10^10 M^−1) and also neutralizes the toxin, though somewhat weakly.
