Excellent Functional Study Tool

We utilized the clone 23B9 antibody for functional studies involving Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule 1. The antibody performed exactly as expected, recognizing human VCAM1 efficiently. It was also useful in our Flow Cytometry experiments to assess expression levels on cytokine-activated endothelium in our research models.

High Specificity For Vcam1

This recombinant mouse antibody showed high specificity for human VCAM1 in our ELISA and Immunohistochemistry assays. The purity of greater than 95% determined by SDS-PAGE ensures low background in our experiments.
