BV421-H2-Aa/Gallus gallus LYZ (AMKRHGLDNYRGYS) MHC Tetramer
CAT#: MHC-LC1135
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of LYZ-derived peptide of AMKRHGLDNYRGYS covering 11-24 and H2-Aa molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD4 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- Lysozyme is abundant in secretions including tears, saliva, human milk, and mucus. It is also present in cytoplasmic granules of the macrophages and the polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs). Large amounts of lysozyme can be found in egg white. C-type lysozymes are closely related to alpha-lactalbumin in sequence and structure, making them part of the same family.
