BV421-HLA-G/Human H2AFX (RIIPRHLQL) MHC Tetramer
CAT#: MHC-LC1327
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of H2AFX-derived peptide of RIIPRHLQL covering 78-86 and HLA-G molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. The linker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher order structures. This gene encodes a replication-independent histone that is a member of the histone H2A family, and generates two transcripts through the use of the conserved stem-loop termination motif, and the polyA addition motif.

Useful for sorting antigen-specific T cells
We found this tetramer particularly useful for sorting antigen-specific T cells for downstream RNA sequencing, providing clear insights into T cell reactivity across different cancer immunotherapies.
Reliable product
I was hesitant at first, however the high-throughput screening performance of this tetramer much exceeded our expectations. I've shortened some of my immunological assays because of its dependability.
