Recombinant Anti-CD19 × Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRI. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of neutrophils to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma.
