Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 × Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Bi-Single Domain Antibody) comprises two monomeric VH-like binding entities of different specificities that are fused to each other in a bivalent-bispecific manner. Bi-Single Domain Antibody is only consisted of the VHHs. The loss of light chain and constant fragment in bi-Single Domain Antibody does not eliminate their functional antigen-binding capacity, but even endows them non-substitutable advantage in application. This BsAb can block Hedgehog binding to PTCH, downregulate of DNMT1 and block DNA methylation. It was designed for the treatment of diseases associated with hormone refractory breast cancer (HRBC).
