Recombinant Anti-EGFR × Anti-IGFR Bispecific Antibody (DVD-Ig) (CAT#: DVD-L002)

Recombinant Anti-EGFR × Anti-IGFR Bispecific Antibody (DVD-Ig) is comprised of a whole EGFR-binding 'IgG' (with Fc region) and additional variable regions that bind IGF1R fused 'on top' of the existing variable regions. This BsAb is capable of blocking EGFR as well as IGFR simultaneously. BsAb-mediated simultaneous interference with two (or more) RTK signaling pathways, by inactivating either the RTKs or their ligand, can reduce the possibility of such escape mechanisms and, hence, improve therapeutic efficacy by inhibiting their signaling and suppressing tumor cells growth. It was designed for the treatment of badder cancer; brain cancer; head and neck cancer; pancreatic cancer; lung cancer; breast cancer; ovarian cancer; colon cancer; prostate cancer; kidney cancer.
