Recombinant Anti-VEGF & Anti-DLL4 Bispecific Antibody (Bi-Single Domain Antibody) comprises two monomeric VH-like binding entities of different specificities that are fused to each other in a bivalent-bispecific manner.Bi-Single Domain Antibody is only consisted of the VHHs. The loss of light chain and constant fragment in bi-Single Domain Antibody does not eliminate their functional antigen-binding capacity, but even endows them non-substitutable advantage in application. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting signaling of their cognate factors and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone.It was designed for the treatment of diseases associated with VEGF-mediated vascular effects for generation.
