CBD scaffold protein anti-porcine porcine alpha-amylase (PPA) (CAT#: SCB-L058)

The Cellulose binding domain that bound porcine alpha-amylase (PPA) was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, cellulose binding domain variants were identified having affinities (KD=15 mM) for porcine alpha-amylase (PPA) as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
