Cdc53 scaffold protein anti-Human Cdc34
CAT#: SCC-L055
The Cdc53 that bound Cdc34 was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Cdc53 variants were identified having affinities for Cdc34 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
